The Ojus contact center is manned 24/7 by staff members including paramedics and physicians on call; it is located at Kundanahalli, Bangalore. Its primary function is to oversee 100% support to Ojus members.

The contact center is capable of handling both emergency and consultation cases, it currently provides a variety of support functions including;
