Co-Founder and Managing Director

Served the Armed Forces Medical Service in the Indian Air Force for over three decades, in areas of Specialist aeromedical and family practice, teaching, research and clinical applications of technology. His expertise and experience as a Senior Advisor (Aviation Medicine) and Professor (Aerospace Medicine) at the Institute of Aerospace Medicine and Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences Bangalore helped him to shape the Ojus concept. The professional care in ensuring, maintaining and monitoring the health, fitness and operational efficiency of combat pilots, civil aircrew and even Indian cosmonaut/astronaut selection has influenced the intention for providing similar proactive, preventive personal healthcare management to the common man in a cost-effective manner across India. An enthusiastic advocate of technology, Dr. Nayar's zeal has manifested itself in the form of wide spread ICT and medical technology usage in most of our care programs.

Colonel Dr. V.K. Diddee (Retd.)

Having served in almost all parts of India with the Indian Army, there is very little in healthcare that Dr. Diddee has not been a part of. From setting up healthcare operations in hostile border regions and managing major military hospitals in urban locations, Dr. Diddee has done it all. It is this expertise of his that Ojus has banked on time and again for the establishment and management of our health centres.

After a brilliant career as a Surgeon in the Indian Army, Dr. Saxena became the Director, Research at the prestigious EMRI “108” Emergency Services program. Dr. Saxena brings with him the knowledge and expertise required for the expansion of Ojus into various segments of healthcare.
